Jennifer Torsah, SPHRi is currently the Head of Admin HR at Kaman. She has risen through the ranks from being the Admin HR Officer to Admin & HR Manager before being promoted to her current role. She has a decade-long experience working in the Supply Chain and Logistics Industry. Notably, she worked for Renaizance Supply Chain Limited, Sapholda Ventures Limited and 3rd Party Logistics Limited prior to joining Kaman Investments Limited. Jennifer has expertise in Human Resource Management, International & Local HR Regulations, Warehousing, Procurement Management, Finance and Customer Service Management. She is a Human Resource Management professional certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) U.S.A. She is also a Full Member of the Association of Certified HRs-Ghana (ACHR). She holds a MSc. in Management and Human Resource Strategy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). In her spare time, she supports advocacy for Female Menstrual Health & Hygiene through a women’s support group which aims at ensuring girls and women have access to safe and affordable sanitary products to manage their menstruation to minimize their risk of infections.
